Vedic Research
In today’s world, science is defined as the study and verification of experiments that consistently produce proven results. However, many experiments described in the Vedas remain beyond the understanding of modern physical science. Concepts such as *entering another body (parakaya pravesha)*, *being present in multiple places at the same time*, or *reviving the dead through the science of Sanjeevani* are mentioned in the Ramayana, Mahabharata, and various Puranas.
Until now, most scientific studies related to Vedic knowledge have focused on the effects of Vedic practices on humans, plants, and other living beings. It is widely accepted that the experimental methods used in physical sciences and chemical sciences are very different from those used for studying living organisms. Similarly, results vary based on the type, nature, and inherent tendencies of each living being.
A well-known example of Vedic scientific knowledge is Ayurveda, which originated from the Atharvaveda and is recognised worldwide for its effectiveness. The Vedas, therefore, represent a universal and profound science.
Vedic Research
The mission of this institution is to make the vast knowledge and deep principles found in the Vedas accessible to everyone, so that human life becomes more joyful, prosperous, and meaningful. Continuous efforts are made to ensure that this knowledge is understood and applied correctly.
There are no “miracles” in this world—every extraordinary or seemingly impossible event is rooted in the principles of Vedic science. For this reason, research and systematic study of these principles is essential.
Research conducted here—under the guidance of P. P. Shri Narendranath Maharaj—focuses on how Vedic mantras and tantric knowledge can help overcome challenges in human life, increase human capability, and help one achieve desired goals. This includes practical, experiential study of:
• Which mantras to use • How, when, and where they should be applied • Methods for attaining mantra siddhi (mastery)
